At Asli Leather, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to make the return process simple and fair.

Return Window

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original, re-saleable condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Trying the item on is acceptable, but any signs of excessive use, wear, or damage may result in a partial refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for the same product in a different size or variant, please email us at service@aslileather.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping method or adding shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Items returned after the 28-day return period without prior approval.
